"With the 2022 version I can not sync with the web version. Support had me log in as a totally different person. Core-Apps is just a horrible company! I hope NSSF finds another company to work with next year. So the 2020 version will not allow me to log in. I can not get to any of my saved stuff or sync with my online account. It just tells me "no profile found". No support options to get help either. I guess I will have to bug NSSF with it."
